I ordered a hoodie i was kind of surprised by how solid it feels. The stitching looks clean, and it didn’t shrink after I washed it, which is always my biggest worry. Maybe I’m just picky, but that seems like a good sign, right? Overall I’m happy with it and would definitely buy again

I’ve been kind of tired of bouncing between a bunch of different sites just to find the brands I like, so shopping on Puffer Reds was a nice break. They’ve got a solid mix of stuff all in one place, and I found a few things I’d usually have to hunt around for. The site was easy enough to browse too, which I appreciated because I really didn’t feel like dealing with another complicated shopping experience. No real complaints.

The prices felt fair to me and I didn’t feel overcharged at all. I’ll give them that. I do wish a couple things had been a little smoother, though, because it was kind of annoying, little stuff like that gets annoying fast. Still, price-wise, no complaints there — the pricing was good, I didn’t feel ripped off, and that part was definitely fine.

Got the shoes and the hoodie I ordered, and they were the right sizes and colors and all that. Nothing got swapped around or messed up, which is basically all I was hoping for. So yeah, happy with it.

Got my exchange sorted fast, and there wasn’t any of that annoying crap or stupid back-and-forth. Super easy

I put these shoes on and immediately thought, okay, yep, this is the fit I was expecting. No awkward tight spots, no weird extra room, just right. always a relief when shoes fit the way you think they will.

One size I wanted ended up being unavailable, which was a little annoying, but everything else matched what the site showed and shipped without any drama. Not perfect, but decent overall.

They did have a decent amount of stuff to look through, just not much in my actual size, so I kept clicking around and basically getting forced to be patient, which got old fast. The site itself worked fine and was easy enough to use, but the size availability really needs to be better, especially for the more common sizes. I might check back later if they restock, but I wish I didn’t have to wait around for basic sizes

The shoes themselves look real to me. Good quality overall. But the box and tags felt a little weird, like something was just off. Not totally sure. Shipping was fine though, no issues there

I found a few good pieces, but the selection felt limited. For a streetwear shop, I was expecting more variety, so it was a bit disappointing. An apology or at least some acknowledgment would’ve been appreciated...

To their credit, it was clear and didn’t have a bunch of confusing little loophole wording. The steps seemed simple enough, so I felt a bit more comfortable ordering from them.

Just wanted to put this out there for anyone wondering, mine looked exactly like the photos and fit nicely. I didn’t have any issues with the order at all, so no complaints from me.

I came across some Jordans here that I seriously couldn’t find anywhere else. Happy with the selection.
